Ayurvedic Initial Consultation - $280 (+65yrs $180)
An Ayurvedic Initial Consultation is a comprehensive & personalized assessment designed to address your individual health needs through the principles of Āyurveda.
The consultation begins with a detailed conversation about your health history, lifestyle, diet, and any specific concerns or symptoms you may have. This helps the practitioner understand your overall well-being and the context of your health issues. The practitioner will assess your unique constitution (dosha) — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — to determine your natural balance and any imbalances that might be affecting your health. This assessment may involve questions about your physical characteristics, mental state, and daily habits.
You’ll discuss the proposed treatment plan, which may involve a combination of herbal medicines, dietary modifications, lifestyle practices, and possibly Panchakarma therapies. The plan is designed to restore balance to your doshas and improve your overall health.

Pañcakarma is a comprehensive detoxification and rejuvenation therapy in Ayurveda, consisting of five primary procedures aimed at balancing the doshas (body energies) and promoting overall health. Two key procedures within Pañcakarma are Basti (enema) and Virechana (therapeutic purgation).
1. Basti (Enema)
Basti involves the administration of medicated oils or herbal decoctions into the rectum. It is particularly beneficial for balancing Vata dosha and addressing various health issues.
Ayurvedic Health Benefits:
Detoxification: Basti helps eliminate toxins (ama) from the body, particularly from the colon, promoting overall health.
Improved Digestion: It lubricates the intestines, alleviating constipation and promoting regular bowel movements.
Pain Relief: Effective for reducing pain associated with conditions like arthritis, sciatica, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
Nervous System Support: Nourishes the nervous system, which can help with anxiety, stress, and other Vata-related disorders.
Strengthening the Immune System: By improving digestive health and detoxifying, Basti can enhance the body’s immunity.
2. Virechana (Therapeutic Purgation)
Virechana involves the use of herbal laxatives to induce purging through the gastrointestinal tract. It is primarily aimed at balancing Pitta dosha and addressing related health issues.
Ayurvedic Health Benefits:
Detoxification: Virechana effectively removes toxins from the body, particularly from the liver and gallbladder.
Digestive Health: Helps in cleansing the digestive system, improving appetite, and enhancing nutrient absorption.
Balancing Pitta: It is particularly effective for conditions associated with excess heat and acidity in the body, such as hyperacidity, skin rashes, and inflammatory conditions.

The astrologer will explain the basic components of your birth chart, including the twelve houses, planets, and signs.
Each house represents different areas of life (e.g., career, relationships, health), while the planets signify various influences and characteristics.
Planetary Positions:
The astrologer will discuss the positions of the planets at your birth and their significance. This includes the Sun, Moon, and Ascendant (rising sign), which are crucial for understanding your personality and life path.
Dasha System:
Vedic astrology uses a unique timing system called "Dasha," which indicates the periods when specific planets will have a stronger influence on your life. The astrologer will explain your current Dasha period and what it means for you.
Strengths and Challenges:
The reading will highlight your inherent strengths, talents, and potential challenges you may face based on the planetary positions.
Relationships and Compatibility:

Muhurta (Finding an Auspicious Time) - $125
A muhūrta is the most beneficial time chosen to start an event so that the task is carried out without any obstacles.
A positive muhūrta helps in concentrating the energy of the planets and astrological factors in an auspicious way to avoid negative influence and to make the result of the work performed most fruitful.
The time of an event is the birth of the event and its future will depend upon the essence of the time in the moment that it starts. If you begin any work in a good muhūrta, it increases the possibilities of success.
Typically, people use muhurta when choosing a wedding day, starting a business, when to have surgery, move into a new home, initiating educational pursuits, etc.

Astrocartography - $175
Astrocartography, in the context of Vedic astrology, is a technique that involves mapping the positions of planets at the time of a person's birth onto a world map.
This method helps individuals understand how different geographical locations can influence their life experiences, opportunities, and challenges based on the astrological energies associated with those places.
In Vedic astrology, astrocartography is often used to determine:
Location-Based Influences: How specific locations may enhance or diminish certain aspects of a person's life, such as career, relationships, and health.
Relocation Astrology: Guidance on whether moving to a certain place would be beneficial or detrimental based on the planetary alignments and their effects in that region.
Personal Growth: Identifying places that can promote spiritual growth or personal development, based on the energies of the planets at play.
-

Prashna - $80
Prasna, also known as "Horary Astrology," is a branch of Vedic astrology that focuses on answering specific questions based on the time a question is posed. This method is particularly useful when the birth chart of an individual is not available or when immediate guidance is needed.
Key aspects of Prasna in Vedic astrology include:
Question-Based: The astrologer interprets the chart created for the exact time and place the question is asked, rather than a natal chart. This chart is known as the Prasna chart.
Significators: Each question has specific significators (planets) that relate to different aspects of life, such as career, relationships, and health. The astrologer analyzes these planets in the Prasna chart to provide insights.
Timing and Situations: Prasna can help determine the timing of events or the outcomes of specific situations, offering guidance on the best course of action.
Intuitive Insights: The practice often combines traditional astrological analysis with the astrologer's intuitive insights, making it a dynamic and flexible approach to answering questions.

Tithi Pravesha (Annual Birthday Reading): $175
(You have to have had an initial birthchart reading before scheduling this option).
In Vedic astrology, a Tithi Pravesha refers to the annual return of a person's birth Tithi (lunar day). It is considered an important event as it marks the individual's personal new year. The Tithi is calculated based on the lunar calendar and is associated with specific energies and influences that can affect a person's life during that year.
The Tithi Pravesha chart is created for the moment when the Moon returns to the same position it occupied at the time of a person's birth. This chart is then analyzed to understand the themes, challenges, and opportunities that may arise in the coming year. Astrologers may look at various planetary positions and aspects in this chart to provide insights into the individual's life, including career, relationships, and health.
Overall, Tithi Pravesha is used as a tool for forecasting and understanding the upcoming year based on lunar influences.
